We are seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator to drive marketing efforts across our brands. This role starts as part-time with the potential to transition into full-time after three months as our marketing initiatives expand.

Position Overview
Our Junior Marketing Coordinator will be a key player in shaping and executing marketing initiatives across Tripleview Technologies and its affiliated companies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and refine marketing strategies while gaining hands-on experience across multiple industries.

Starting as a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role after 3 months, the Junior Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a broad range of marketing activities, including website management, email campaigns, event coordination, social media, and content creation. This position is ideal for a creative, organized, and self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Website Management: Maintain and update company websites (Wix, WordPress, etc.)
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage campaigns using Constant Contact, Mailchimp,etc.
  • Trade Conferences & Events:
    • Manage the design and creation of the trade conference schedule and promotional materials
    • Manage logistics for trade conferences and other events
    • Coordinate booth setup, marketing collateral, and on-site branding
  • Customer-Facing Webinars:
    • Assist with the Planning, organization, and promotion of webinars showcasing products and services
    • Brand webinar content, coordinate presenters, and design post event marketing plan
  • Social Media & Content Creation:
    • Develop and schedule social media content
    • Assist with branding efforts, including blogs, newsletters, and sales collateral
  • Marketing Analytics: Track and analyze website traffic, email engagement, and ad performance
  • Advertising Management: Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook Ads)
  • Strategy & Collaboration: Work with leadership to shape and refine marketing strategy
    • Develop go-to market communications strategies for product updates, enhancements, releases
    • Develop lead generation campaigns to assist sales in new customer acquisition
  
Skills and Experience: 
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience or relevant education/internship experience
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience managing websites using Wix and WordPress
  • Proficiency/understanding of Constant Contact and Mailchimp
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and scheduling tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  
Work Environment: 
This remote position allows for maximum flexibility and opportunity for the right person. The candidate will collaborate daily with team members.
