Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (PdM) who is passionate about building products that customers love. This role includes both product owner and manager responsibilities. You will work in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that align with the company’s vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand the customer experience, identify product gaps, and develop new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
Secure buy-in for the product vision internally and with key external partners.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Convert product strategy and customer ideas into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Scope, document, and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Collaborate daily with engineering teams to deliver quick time-to-market solutions that optimize development resources.
Work with customer support to handle escalated product issues, resolve customer issues directly, and document required product changes to address defects or enhancements.
Drive product launches, working with internal and external stakeholders, including customer product champions.
Create and evaluate promotional plans to ensure they align with product line strategy and effectively convey the message.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Visit customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
Skills and Experience:
Experience in product management, associate product manager, or product owner roles.
Track record of managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.
Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ERP or related experience/education, ideally in a local government environment.
Work Environment:
This remote position allows for maximum flexibility and opportunity for the right person. The candidate will collaborate daily with team members and customer nationwide. Some travel will be required to attend conferences, trade events and customer sites.
